The new private hospital is in the New York which will statr to help more and more people from all over the world to heal them. For this hospital, our client is dadicated to create a confortable environment for both the patient and the hsopital staffs. So they start to find suppliers around the world. Throught their connection, they knew the China is now providing hospital furniture for some of the top hospital in the United States. That is why they start to look out and reach some of the suppliers for the hospital furniture in China. At first, they didn’t know us. In a very occasional chance gived by God, they saw our live stream show. While they watching, they start to know how big the factory size we are and what we can do for all the clients. They were very surprised by what we can do, and they reach out to us by sending us email. In the very first time we got their email, we immediately reply to them although they hasn’t show any info about their hospital yet which is totally understandable because they don’t want to get any trash news in their mailbox. haha. They said they want some furniture for their new hospital and let us to give them some option. At the instant moment we saw their message, we understand this is a project and it need a lot of people from different departent to work with. So we immediately set up a team that help our clients. First we make a list for them and we also make a few room design for them. After they saw our list and design, they were very interested in our furniture, while we recommand to them, we also add some design that help patient to suit themselves in a very ergonomic comfortable way.
After seveal times’ discussion of this case, our client finally confirm the final design. And tehy also let us help them to do the delivery part. So we immediately start to create a one-step solution for them. After they saw our solution, they were so happy because we make the delivery to their port directly.
So after we confirm everything out, they give us their order. And only in 20 days, we finished the whole production progress and get ready to ship it to the United States. Before we start to shipping, they sent some inspection staff to come our factory to make sure the furniture are good. After they check out, they give us a very big thumb of our furniture.
